At BeautybyErnestine, we take pride in our work. Above all else we want you to love the way you look and feel after your service(s). If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, please allow us to make the proper adjustments. Contact the salon within 48 hours of your service; after 48 hours no adjustments in your service will be considered, and additional service/product fees may result. Any retail products are FINAL SALE, and cannot be exchanged or refunded for your safety and ours due to CDC guidelines in preventing the spread of COVID-19.
Due to the limited small space/one-on-one customer distancing in effect, BeautybyErnestine does not allow more than two persons at a time in the room.
The room is not child and pet proof. Hot items, sharp tools, sharp scissors, chemicals and a busy salon can all become a safety hazard. We ask that your refrain from bringing any children or pets into the salon.
At BeautybyErnestine, we do our best to accommodate all of our clients. We understand sometimes certain unforeseen circumstances may occur. In the event you are running late, please call and make us aware.
We want to be able to provide your desired service(s) completely and to the extent you deserve, however after 15 minutes your appointment is subject to change depending on the assisting staff discretion. Please understand this is not personal, it is only to prevent overlap into other clients appointments. We thank you in advance for your consideration.
As a courtesy to our clients, BeautybyErnestine utilizes Square App salon electronic booking system designed to book your service(s) and remind you of upcoming appointments. The Square system does not have capabilities of accepting any response through the number you receive your confirmation. You must contact us directly by website, phone, or email below:
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates & times to avoid late arrivals, same day cancellations, missed appointments (no-shows) and the cancellation fee. We do require a credit card upon booking any appointment online or over the phone. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you kindly give at least a 24 hour notice to avoid a fee. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour mark, a 50% charge will be incurred. If you fail to show for your appointment, we will charge the full 100% of the service(s) booked. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
Credit card payments are available for a nominal processing fee. If you choose to add gratuity (thank you), cash is preferred to avoid the increased credit card fees.
We are happy to accept checks with a valid drivers license. Any returned check will result in a $50 salon service charge and a $40 bank charge.
As always, we appreciate you and thank you for your business.
Gift certificates will only honor full price services & limited in-store promotions on or before the expiration date. No cash value or refunds. Will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or expired. Gratuities are not included. Other restrictions may apply.
Cell Phone Policy
BeautybyErnestine salon is a cell-free zone. Please consider the CDC guidelines before using your cellphone during your service. If necessary, speak in a hushed tone to respect staff and clients in the small room. We ask that you please turn your cellphone to its silent mode.
Other Important Information
Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss of any personal articles. Therefore, please keep all personal valuables with you at all times.
This building also occupies other salon owners and their clients who solely operate their businesses separate from BeautybyErnestine. While we all share one public bathroom, please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic, you enter this building and utilize the public bathroom at your own risk.
